COVID-19

At Castaví we have taken on a series of measures aimed at guaranteeing the safety and wellbeing of our guests, in response to the present situation caused by COVID-19, and based on strict protocols for hygiene and social distancing. The unique traits of our establishment (with its rural location away from urban areas and its apartments with independent access without having to walk through common indoor areas), added to the very low incidence of the pandemic in Formentera, will allow us to offer you an exclusive and safe experience on this unique island.

MEASURES FOR CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE:

All of our staff is equipped with Personal Protection Equipments (EPP) and receives constant training in hygiene rules and new habits.

We check the temperature of all our employees, as well as follow a policy of instant notification of any minor symptom or illness.

We have implemented new cleaning and disinfecting procedures for our installations, with new specialised highly-efficient products for all surfaces, objects and decorative elements.

Cleaning by demand: you will decide whether you want to make use of the room cleaning service or not during your stay. All room cleaning will take place in the absence of our clients.

All those items in the rooms that cannot comply with the cleaning protocols will be eliminated (for example, stationery).

There will be hydro-alcoholic solution dispensers available for hand use in common areas.

New safety and disinfection amenities for our clients: disinfecting gel, facemasks and gloves will be provided throughout your stay.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MEASURES

Online pre-arrival information and check-in: we will contact you before your arrival to inform you of all the measures taken. We will offer you the possibility of an online check-in in order to minimize your interaction with our staff.

Protection screens will be installed at Reception.

Breakfast in the restaurant by reservation, with limited capacity and wider separation between tables. You can also enjoy breakfast in your own room.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Castaví offers a flexible cancellation policy for your booking, sensitive to any personal circumstances that may affect your availability to stay with us. All reservations made during the 2020 season, no matter what tariffs or cancellation policies have been hired, can be modified, or cancelled at no cost up to 7 days before your arrival.
