Surrounding S´estany d´es Peix, we can take the green route of Camí de Sa Pedrera towards Can Marroig. After walking a comfortable path that runs almost at sea level, we begin to enter the beautifully wild and secluded lanscape of this absolutely magical space.
Let us be surprised by the capricious shapes of the sandstone in contrast with the clear waters, with the islot of Es Vedrá and the islabd of Ibiza far beyond. Its natural pools and angled nooks remind us of its past use as a quarry from which stone was extracted to build some of the island’s villages and are now an integral part of one of those Formentera landscapes that it’s worth not missing out on.
